Summary of Job Duties:
The Assistant Director for the Office of Student Accountability (OSA) reports to the Associate Director for Student Accountability and is responsible for providing and/or facilitating all outreach and education on behalf of the OSA. They will serve as a hearing officer, conduct minor investigations, facilitate alternative resolutions, and provide necessary conflict resolution support. Specifically, the Assistant Director provides administrative support and facilitation of the appellate process, offers proactive outreach for at-risk students to support retention and graduation, and creates and disseminates outreach and promotional materials to educate the campus on Student Conduct Policies and Procedures. The role also includes providing leadership and support for all educational programs, courses, sanctions, and services offered to students through or in partnership with the Office of Student Accountability. The Assistant Director will collaborate with campus partners on behalf of Student Accountability to support all sanctions and external resources frequently utilized to assist students who have gone through the Student Accountability process, and participate in various outreach and training opportunities, including presenting at New Apply for this role
