Lube/Express Technician - George Gee Buick GMC

George Gee Liberty Lake is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals who want to start a career in the automotive industry and hit the ground running. We are actively seeking Lube/Express Technicians to join our Service Department.

As a Lube/Express Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our clients’ vehicles in top condition—performing routine maintenance like oil changes—and delivering the service that keeps our customers coming back. The ideal candidate is reliable, eager to learn, and ready to take advantage of our Fast-Track Training Program.

Lube/Express Technician Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform routine vehicle maintenance.
• Rotate tires as required on all vehicles.
• Perform complete digital MPIs (Multi-Point Inspections) with video results for clients.
• Learn and be able to mount and balance tires.
• Assist the Service Department and other technicians as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

This role is a stepping stone to on-the-job training, preparing you to take the next step in your career toward becoming a fully certified technician!

Schedule: Flexible schedule with weekend shifts required

Lube/Express Technician Benefits and Compensation

$17.00 - $25.00 an hour. Wage increases will depend on your Certifications, experience and training.

Lube/Express Technician Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred (not required).

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
