The Opportunity: The Truist Financial Services Enterprise (FSE) Internship is a unique development and application internship. FSE provides an opportunity to develop leadership skills and financial services acumen, learn more about the Truist organization and culture, play a meaningful role in supporting corporate goals through a business unit experience and project, and assess interest in and aptitude for a financial services career.  

What to Expect: Education, Experience and Exposure 

  • Education opportunities to develop leadership and professional skills as well as financial acumen, and career exploration and navigation skills 

  • Exposure to the Truist enterprise, culture, senior leaders, and career paths in financial services and Truist 

  • Experience completing projects and assignments in a line of business, career assessment and meeting with a Career Coach

  • Build business acumen and leadership skills by actively participating in and completing all development activities. 

  • Develop business unit knowledge. 

  • Complete projects or assignments that assist the department and support Truist goals. 

  • Collaborate and network with teammates to form lasting professional connections. 

  • Present a Capstone on internship contributions and learnings. 

  • Attend enrichment activities and events with peers and senior leaders. 

  • Invite and receive ongoing performance coaching and feedback.
