The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Customer Fleet Support Professional to join our dynamic team. The GURU Customer Fleet Support Professional provides remote assistance to TLG customers in managing the equipment they have purchased from TLG. This position answers questions about recent purchases, assists in finding needed repair services, and updates customers on the status of their equipment. This position takes place in the TLG Call Center.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for locating service providers truck repairs such as; Towing, Road Side Assistance, or local shops and dealers.
- Accurately documents cases in Decisiv and reports on repair progress in a timely manner
- Advocates for the customer to get equipment into and out of the shop and back into service. Primary focus is to reduce downtime and provide superior customer service
- Works on the customer’s behalf to ensure that the service provider is providing warranty or policy consideration.
- Provides estimates, documents, and warranty information to the customer and/or the service providers as needed.
- Research and answer questions concerning the customer’s equipment
- Conduct monthly customer meetings, virtual or in person
- Engages in and stays current in online product and repair procedure training
- Follows additional direction given by immediate supervisor and adheres to TLG established policies.
- Previous experience in heavy duty truck maintenance is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of a tractor and diesel engine.
- Demonstrates basic computer competency: Typing, E-mail and Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be an effective communicator who exercises proper phone etiquette.
- Takes direction and completes tasks with minimal supervision.
