Workday Success Plans is a subscription-based offering that includes education, tools, and Workday expertise to help customers reach their business objectives faster by focusing on continuous adoption and driving business value from their Workday applications. The WSP Product Management team focuses on developing content for our customers to adopt new functionality and use Workday more effectively. About the Role

We are looking for a Workday Success Plans Content Editor and Quality Assurance Reviewer to collaborate with our content development team on content that inspires our customers to continuously optimize and adopt new functionality in Workday.

You will be responsible for editing and quality assuring customer-facing and internal content developed by the content development team in a variety of digital formats. You will project manage the content editing and QA review process while collaborating with subject matter experts, designers, and product managers along the way.

You will ensure content is developed according to schedule and is consistent with our Workday Success Plans brand style. This includes checking for editorial accuracy and consistency, as well as ensuring that content meets design, accessibility, and brand standards. This role will also work with the content development team to develop and maintain content standards and guidelines.

About You

We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented editor and quality assurance reviewer to join our team. You excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are a strong collaborator, able to bring the right knowledge to the right people at the right time.

As a highly motivated self-starter, you possess the ability to think strategically while maintaining keen attention to detail. Your innovative approach and willingness to suggest new ways to develop and deliver content will be crucial in driving our organization forward.

Responsibilities:

• Edit customer-facing and internal content developed by the content development team in a variety of digital formats (decks and presentations, one-pagers, job aids, self-paced courses, and more)

• Check content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to our editorial, brand, accessibility, and design style guides

• Provide extensive quality assurance reviews of all content designed and developed for customers and internal partners

• Work with the content development team to develop and maintain content standards and guidelines

• Collaborate with other members of the team to create and implement content strategies

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in editing and quality assurance

• Bachelor’s degree in English or equivalent experience required

Other Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Slides, and Adobe Acrobat

• Experience with Acrolinx a plus

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus

• Experience with Workday a plus
