<h2><b>Introduction Sentence</b></h2> <p>For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a </p> <h2><b>Your new job includes</b></h2> <p>As Customer Order Specialist (m/f/d), you will be the interface between the Sales department, Supplier Order Management and Logistics and will also be the first point of contact for a fixed customer base. <br/> In particular, you will </p> <ul> <li>take over the timely order processing of our customers in the Turkish and Eastern European market </li> <li>coordinate and monitor deadlines to ensure smooth delivery by communicating independently with our international customers both in writing and by telephone  </li> <li>process complaints independently</li> <li>maintain close contact/exchange with customers and specialist departments for joint planning of work processes</li> <li>record orders and be responsible for their accuracy</li> <li>take on project and special tasks as part of order processing</li> </ul> <h2><b>Preferred Profile</b></h2> <ul> <li>Completed commercial apprenticeship and several years of experience in order processing in an international environment </li> <li>Very good written and spoken German and English, as well as a strong service orientation for working with our customers and other internal and external interfaces  </li> <li>Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with the SAP merchandise management system Enthusiasm, strong communication skills and team spirit for working with your colleagues</li> <li>Proactive, independent action and a precise way of working </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If you do not tick all boxes, but still believe you are a match for this role, we are happy to get in touch.</p> <h2><b>Closure</b></h2> <p>Are you interested?
