About the Role

The Marketing Strategy & Operations Associate Manager will play a key role in the BetMGM Marketing team, supporting strategic marketing initiatives and a variety of cross-functional programs and projects across BetMGM.

As Marketing Strategy & Operations Associate Manager you will support and contribute to the execution of strategic marketing initiatives for BetMGM’s dynamic portfolio of brands. Working closely with all stakeholders including Brand, Creative, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Promotions, PR, Regional Marketing and other marketing teams to ensure we bring our very best brand and product experience to our users in new and existing markets at key times throughout the year.

You’ll be working with a passionate team and play a key role in executing marketing campaigns that reach and engage customers in new and existing markets.  

Responsibilities 

• Support the Senior Campaign Manager in executing and tracking the progress of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on schedule and meet goals.   

• Assist in the planning and execution of new product, game, and market launches, brand campaigns, and key sporting/casino events.   

• Assist with the planning and execution of events, promotions, and partnerships that support the BetMGM brand and marketing initiatives.  

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Ensure all marketing teams are aligned and prepared for go-live dates.  

• Assist in coordinating with various marketing teams to ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns and initiatives.   

• Act as a point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams.  

• Support development and implementation of marketing operations tools and processes to improve overall Marketing efficiency 

Essential Functions

Qualifications   

• Minimum 5+ years in marketing, project management, or campaign coordination
