Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst contributes to the analysis and interpretation of financial results for the Company. We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated individual to join a team of analysts, serve as a key player in developing company financial plans and provide analytical support to help drive the company’s initiatives and continued growth. This role supports the CFO & Executive Team to provide financial analysis of budgets, forecasts and results. This person will also help to identify risks and opportunities, while driving continuous improvement and contingency planning. The right individual for this role has a passion for excellence, great attention to detail and a proven ability to develop relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

OneStream Administrator Functions

  • The Sr. FP&A Analyst will manage and optimize the OneStream platform, ensuring integration with financial systems. Responsibilities include administering the platform, data management, supporting finance teams, and improving system functionalities.

Analysis and Reporting Functions 

  • Prepare detailed analysis measuring key business drivers, company metrics and financial performance.
  • Create accurate reports, analyses, financial models etc. to examine key needs, variances and opportunities on behalf of management and other internal customers.
  • Determine key drivers impacting company income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flow.
  • Perform market-specific economic research to identify major business trends and analyze issues impacting company financial and operational performance.
  • Responsible for helping gather and analyze financial and statistical data.
  • Participate in the monthly financial close process as necessary.

     

Planning Functions

  • Integral to the development and completion of the forecast, budget, and strategic planning processes.
  • Analyze and evaluate expected drivers of future company performance, as well as known risks and opportunities that may significantly impact future results.
  • Work with management team to develop specific portions of the annual and long range financial plans as directed.

Additional Functions

  • A successful candidate is able to recognize and adjust to change, create disciplined processes, and act as an independent decision maker who will utilize team collaboration.
  • Participate in ad hoc analysis and special projects as necessary.
  • Maintain awareness of relevant department service level agreements (SLAs) and work to ensure agreements are met.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding company programs, activities, and records.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop plans to impact the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of company processes.
  • Summarize and prepare presentation material and supporting information for use in management communications.
  • Provide analytical guidance to other associates as necessary.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Minimum Degree:  Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred

Course of study:  Finance, Accounting, Economics or Data Analytics

Special Requirements:  May work beyond normal company hours due to business/customer need.

Experience     

Minimum experience: 3-5 years experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)

Required Industry Experience (Construction, Insulation, Trades, etc.):   NA

Legal Age Requirements:  At least 18 years of age

Position Location

Onsite in Daytona Beach office is required a minimum of 3 days/ week.
