What you'll do

Summary of the role:
You will be responsible for leading technical topics in our team. Depending on your area of expertise there are great opportunities in our team.
As (Senior) System Engineer you will ensure our automations and technical foundation are running smoothly. With your experience and creative ideas, we will ensure continuous improvement and optimization.
Or as (Senior) Developer you will not only lead development projects and ensure the code fullfillst highest quality standards, but also engage with others and share your expertise via our developer community and enablement programs.
 
The Role:

• Ensure smooth operation of automations and technical foundation.
• Maintain high technical standards and provide expertise to improve systems.
• Automate manual process and creation of deployment pipelines
• - or - 
• Lead development projects and ensure code meets the highest quality standards.
• Engage with the developer community to share knowledge and best practices.
• Contribute to developer enablement programs, offering guidance and conducting training.

 
What you bring

• Extensive knowledge around SAP BTP either in application development or account administration
• Strong understanding of BTP Cloud Foundry runtime, Kubernetes (K8s), or both
• At least 5+ years of practical experience in either application development or cloud administration
• Highly proficient in writing high-quality code using a variant of programming languages (JavaScript, Java/Kotlin, Bash)
• Experience with DevOps Tools such as ArgoCD, Tekton and GitHub (including GitHub Advanced Security or GitHub Actions) is a plus 
• A positive attitude towards problem solving
• English and German language skills
