TRIA is looking to hire a Physical Therapist to join our Physical Therapy team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary:
TRIA GameFace is not your typical physical therapy clinic—it’s a dynamic fusion of elite sports physical therapy and sports performance training. Located in St. Louis Park, our facility includes 15,000 square feet of turf, designed to accommodate sport-specific movements like sprinting, cutting, jumping, and throwing. This space allows therapists to deliver sport-specific rehabilitation in an environment that mirrors real competition.
Our open-concept design, premium sound system, and signature black turf aesthetic create an energetic and motivating atmosphere. Athletes train alongside non-injured peers in an environment that seamlessly combines rehabilitation with performance coaching. Our facility features cutting-edge strength and conditioning equipment, including advanced isokinetic testing and force plates, which bolster our research initiatives and facilitate return-to-sport assessments. Our facility also provides private treatment rooms, fully equipped locker rooms, and specialized recovery areas.
We serve a diverse athletic population—from NFL and NBA professionals to high school athletes, endurance competitors, and weekend warriors. Our team includes board-certified sports physical therapists, athletic trainers, and sports performance coaches, all working collaboratively to deliver injury prevention, care, and return-to-sport programming.
We seek a therapist who:
- Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal communication skills, fostering strong relationships with elite and youth athletes, agents, coaches, physicians and colleagues.
- Has experience delivering evidence-based athlete care at the professional or collegiate level.
- Excels in a team-oriented environment where individual egos are secondary to the collective goal of providing the highest level of holistic care for athletes.
Desired Skills:
- Expertise in overhead throwing and shoulder rehabilitation
- Experienced in delivering specialized care for endurance athletes
- Expertise in return-to-sport testing and analytics.
Work Schedule:
1.00 FTE, Days, Evenings per clinic schedule. Requires two evenings until 7pm.
Required Qualifications:
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
- Doctorate, master’s, or bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient with communication and data processing equipment.
Proficient in clinical equipment related to area of expertise.
Proficient in organization electronic medical record software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
Recommend experience as a Physical Therapist preferably in a medical setting.
Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
Recommend membership in related professional organization.
