The position will support creating portfolios and maximizing relationship management through prospect development. The Assistant Director will also help with designing and developing interactive information dashboards for the team.
The Assistant Director for Research, Prospect Management, and Data Analytics will provide research and prospect management processes to help build and maintain a sustainable and broad-based principal and major gifts pipeline for fundraisers at Penn Engineering. This position will also use statistical analysis, data modeling tools and techniques to proactively look for opportunities to innovate and positively impact philanthropic and engagement activities.

Research and Prospect Management
Collaborate with fundraisers and other internal partners to research, develop, and maintain prospect pools.
Proactively identify prospects and research prospects identified by fundraisers.
Develop prospect lists based on specific fund-raising and campaign initiatives by using dashboard tools.
