Strong CS fundamentals background in data structures, algorithms, systems architecture and/or databases
Strong working knowledge in parallel computing and distributed systems to deliver scalable solutions. 
Strong background in graph, partitioning and optimizations algorithms to develop QoR improvement techniques in the FPGA prototyping or EDA field.
Expert in C++, gdb debugging, and general software development skills
Strong desire and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

The annual salary range for California is $178,500 to $331,500. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
