CACI is seeking a senior, highly trusted DIA strategic growth leader to accelerate our expansion across the Defense Intelligence Agency. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor, client executive, and integrator, helping CACI deepen relationships, shape upcoming acquisitions, and position the company for major DIA mission and enterprise program pursuits. This is not a traditional BD role. The ideal candidate can operate credibly across mission, CIO, and acquisition communities. They will help CACI navigate a period of significant change inside DIA while identifying where and how we invest, partner, and compete.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Client Engagement & Advisory

  • Serve as a trusted interface to DIA leadership, including CIO, mission directorates, and mission-support organizations.
  • Leverage deep institutional knowledge to interpret DIA priorities, organizational shifts, and acquisition signals and translate them into actionable CACI strategy.

Growth Strategy & Shaping

  • Advise on where CACI should invest, team, or walk away, based on realistic permission-to-win assessments
  • Act as a connective tissue between Line of Business leaders, BD, Capture, and delivery teams to ensure consistent DIA engagement and messaging.

Cross-Directorate Integration

  • Work across DIA mission, CIO, and procurement communities to ensure holistic positioning, not stove-piped engagement.
  • Support alignment across directorates such as CIO, Directorate for Analysis, Directorate for Operations, and Science & Technology.
  • Provide insight into how mission needs, technology modernization, and acquisition strategy intersect inside DIA.

Capture & Proposal Support (Selective, High-Impact)

  • Provide voice-of-the-customer insight during priority captures, milestone reviews, and competitive assessments.
  • Participate selectively in proposal strategy, black hats, and executive reviews where DIA knowledge materially improves win probability.
  • Help identify and recruit additional DIA-experienced talent (SMEs, PMs, advisors) as part of long-term account build-out.

Required/Strongly Preferred Experience:

  • 12+ years of service within DIA, the Intelligence Community, or closely aligned DoD intelligence organizations
  • Extensive DIA network with credibility across mission, CIO, and acquisition stakeholders
  • US Citizen with Active TS/SCI clearance

Deep understanding of:

  • DIA mission and IC operating model
  • DoD intelligence priorities
  • DIA acquisition and governance processes
  • Experience working across or within multiple DIA directorates

Prior Roles May Include:

  • SES or GS-15 equivalent leadership roles
  • Division Chief or Branch Chief within a major DIA directorate
  • Deputy Office Chief for mission areas
  • Program Manager or Chief of Staff within a mission-support organization
  • Chief Architect, Innovation Lead, or Senior Technical Advisor with enterprise visibility

Additional Attributes:

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without formal authority
  • High judgment, discretion, and comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Ability to connect strategy, mission outcomes, and acquisition reality
  • Willingness to operate as a builder, not just a caretaker, during a period of DIA change
