Ferring+You

You will be responsible for the costumer service department (order entry and supply chain) and related activities to support the corporate goals in compliance with legal requirements and corporate processes.

Your day at Ferring

• Order processing (adoption, controlling, capture, analysis and reporting).

• Process of customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and offer system (price lists and conditions, correspondence, addressing customers).

• Coordination and monitoring of inventory and distribution.

• Demand planning.

• Monthly and year-end closing work.

• Preparation of reports, analyses and statistics.

• Process optimization of order processing as well as supply chain, quotation and distribution.

• Internal and external customer-oriented communication in order processing and supply chain/distribution.

Behind our innovation…There’s you

• Commercial training plus additional training in special areas.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in order processing, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.

• Proven knowledge and experience in work processes, and special areas of order processing as well as supply chain within national and/ or international organizations.

• Fluent in Dutch and English.

• SAP experience.
