Tuttle-Click Automotive Group is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead daily showroom operations, manage deal structure, and help drive outstanding sales performance. This position plays a critical role in achieving new vehicle sales goals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

New Car Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

Desk and structure vehicle deals to maximize profitability


Lead daily sales activities and showroom performance


Coach, mentor, and develop sales consultants


Monitor lead response, CRM activity, and follow-up processes


Assist in achieving monthly sales and gross objectives


Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer programs


Work closely with Finance Managers to ensure seamless deal completion


Manage pricing strategy and new vehicle inventory movement


Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives


Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement

Hourly compensation, which varies based on experience, role level, and performance

Commission compensation may be $0.00 if no sales are made, with no fixed upper limit other than sales performance

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $66.00 to $117.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by job‑related factors such as experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs. Commission compensation is not guaranteed.

QualificationsNew Car Sales Manager Qualifications

Automotive Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or New Car Manager experience required


Proven record of achieving sales volume and gross profit objectives


Strong desking, negotiation, and closing abilities


Leadership experience with a commitment to employee development


Working knowledge of CRM systems and dealership sales processes


Excellent communication and organizational skills

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
