Position Requirements and Work Location:
Initial orientation will be conducted onsite at Kernersville Urgent Care. The primary work location for this position is Kernersville.
Following successful demonstration of job competency, reliability, and consistent performance, the position may be eligible for a remote work arrangement. Employees approved for remote work are required to report onsite for one clinic day per month.
Position Responsibilities:
Primary duties include management of both incoming and outgoing telephone calls, as well as electronic in-basket communications and lab results.
The role requires strong knowledge of both adult and pediatric patient populations to appropriately assess, route, and respond to inquiries.
