Purpose of Role
The Lead of Factory House Channel Marketing is responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for Under Armour’s Factory House (FH) business in North America. This teammate will serve as the primary channel marketer for FH, leading the creation and execution of integrated marketing plans, seasonal strategies, positioning, and activations that deliver revenue goals, elevate brand expression, and strengthen consumer connection in the value channel.
Your Impact
- Lead the development and execution of seasonal integrated marketing plans for Factory House, ensuring alignment to North America category priorities, global brand strategies, and channel business objectives.
- Partner with channel merchandising to drive go-to-market strategies, retail briefs, and floorset planning, delivering clear commercial storytelling and prioritization from strategy through execution.
- Collaborate with merchandising and visual merchandising to align on seasonal product strategies and own marketing briefing through execution across all FH doors.
- Bring a planful and proactive approach to planning, communication, leadership reviews, and cross-functional alignment.
- Lead seasonal hindsighting to capture insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Own and manage the Factory House marketing budget, including annual planning, in-season management, and investment prioritization to deliver revenue and margin targets.
- Deliver performance insights that connect to budget effectiveness and translate into clear actions optimizing revenue, brand perception, and consumer engagement.
- Manage in-season marketing execution including floorsets, promotional campaigns, mall marketing, cultural and sport moments, new store openings (NSOs), pop-ups, special projects.
- Own marketing strategy and execution for new stores, pop-ups, and testing initiatives across the Factory House fleet, ensuring learnings are captured and scaled where relevant.
- Bring an opportunistic and curious mindset to problem-solving and tackling business challenges.
- Manage and develop a Factory House in-store marketing professional, providing clear direction, coaching, and growth opportunities.
