Fabletics is currently looking for an Director, Paid Media & Google .
How Do You Fit In?
The Director, Paid Media & Google will be responsible for growing and optimizing digital marketing and customer acquisition programs to drive new subscriber growth across all Google ad products for Fabletics. You will be a cross-functional partner to our in-house media measurement team and external vendors. You will be a large part of keeping Fabletics at the forefront of digital advertising.
We are laser focused on acquiring as many new customers as possible within efficiency targets.
This is a small, lean team, and as such, candidate will need to be able to get in the trenches to drive work forward and have a high output.
This position will report to the VP of Media.
What you bring:
- At least 4-5 years of technical experience with search/shopping campaigns on Google
- Preferred degree in quantitative field
- Solid PowerPoint and Excel skills – experience with data visualization tools is a plus
- Experience with customer acquisition and achieving efficiency targets
- Must possess curiosity, integrity, self-motivation, and keen attention to detail
- Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical and quantitative expertise in marketing platforms, attribution, and site analytics
- Skilled and interested in translating data into actionable insights, and high level of comfort with Microsoft Excel, website analytics, Tableau, etc.
- You live and/or are willing to commute to LA a minimum of 3 days/week: we value collaboration in person at a company-level
What you will do:
- Responsible for the day-to-day management, execution, and optimization of all ad products across Google and Microsoft
- Assist and potentially own other advertising channels that we want to test on
- Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, insight and expansion
- Develops responsive search ads, extensions and onsite creative relevant to SEM
- Build strong relationships with external partners (Google/Bing) as well as internal partners such as EU search teams, media measurement, ad tech, site merchandising and creative
- Strategizes testing/learning plan to drive efficient scale through partnership with external and internal partners/stakeholders
- Track and analyze metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the campaigns
- Develop longer term search/shopping roadmap and be an expert in larger Search initiatives that are rolling out such as Pmax, broad match, etc.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $130,000-$150,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
