HR Business Partner (all genders)

Your Role

As a member of the People & Culture Team, you will take full ownership of employee-related matters, pushing beyond limits to empower our employees to surpass expectations. In your role as HR Business Partner (HRBP) you will proactively engage with the leads of your division to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support our business' strategic growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• partnering with senior leadership to provide hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues
• provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development
• leading core HR processes like performance reviews & calibrations, and compensation cycles
• analyzing and interpreting various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to your leads
• overseeing departmental personnel budgets, helping leaders adhere to these budgets, and providing them with relevant people KPIs to assess and take appropriate actions in their respective areas.
• promoting the building of a high-performing organization by fostering an environment where employees can thrive and contribute to the company's strategic objectives - collaborating with the People & Culture Team to champion and accelerate a culture of habitual excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you:

• have a university degree in personnel management, work and organizational psychology or similar fields
• bring 2+ years of relevant work experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role
• possess good knowledge of German employment law
• demonstrate ownership to manage multiple projects simultaneously, to build up structures and processes with the HRBP team and prioritize accordingly
• deliver on time as you value efficiency and know when it's time to reach the finish line
• communicate empathetic and clear, adapted to the respective audience
• have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on mentality
• thrive in very dynamic and entrepreneurial environments, enjoy working independently and learn in challenging / fast-paced environment
• are fluent in English, German is a plus
