About Your Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Service Associate to support our fast-paced, high-performing client service team at Bridgewater, with a specific focus on AIA Labs. This hybrid role blends high-level administrative support with day-to-day team operations, ensuring our client-facing professionals can operate at peak performance. The ideal candidate brings operational savvy, excellent judgment, and a service mindset to every interaction. Candidates with curiosity and passion for the AI space preferred.
You will drive the following responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel for senior client-facing professionals across global time zones
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda prep and follow-ups
- Process expenses and support compliance documentation and reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling with investors and external partners
Team Operations
- Track team workflows and support light project management (e.g. pipelines, follow-ups, client action items)
- Maintain internal systems and databases (CRM, shared drives, trackers)
- Coordinate team-wide communications, meetings, and knowledge sharing
- Assist in the preparation of client materials, reports, and briefing memos and orchestrate routine cycles and interactions
Process & Enablement
- Own onboarding and offboarding logistics for team members and external consultants
- Liaise with legal, compliance, and tech support teams to ensure smooth operations
- Identify opportunities to streamline team processes and improve effectiveness, especially through the use of AI tools
- Support planning and logistics for key events

- 3–5 years of experience in administrative, operations, or client service support—ideally in finance or a fast-paced corporate setting
