Job Description Summary:
This position is directly responsible for all employee scheduling, stocking operations, equipment distribution and linen services. Must resolve supply issues that cannot be resolved by the Distribution Tech I. Sunday - Thursday, 4:30am - 1pm.Responsibilities And Duties:
/RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor employee compliance with the scheduled work hours, dress code, and break times. Monitors associate actions to verify they are performing assigned tasks appropriately per instruction of department leadership, provides training and coaching when appropriate. Assist with breakdown and staging of appropriate product according to designated schedule. Respond to phone and vocera requests and provide consistent customer service to all service areas. Assist with running/reporting daily huddle, share development of special products and any recent and/or upcoming operational changes that may affect supply techs or any other associated team members' work process. Will hold/lead status meetings to review productivity/quality standings and to develop ongoing special projects with team members and any associated parties.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 3 to 5 years of related experience
Must be able to perform basic math functions and computer skills.
Must be able to understand the financial impacts as it relates to supply chain functions.
Must be able to work in a moderately paced, ever changing environment.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and written.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
3 or more years of related experience.
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
4 or more years of related experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
45% Operations:

Provide performance coaching and instruction to supply chain team members where appropriate.
Resolve supply problems that cannot be resolved by the Supply Tech.
Deliver supplies to the designated areas, perform equipment rounds (if applicable).
Assist with maintaining inventory, expiration date checks, product rotation, and replenishment of Supply & Distribution specialty carts.
Respond to phone and vocera requests; Provide consistent customer service to all service areas
Must assume the role of the Supply Tech (or other coverage as needed) when needed.
Where applicable: Provide oversite and guidance on the management of surgical supplies (consignment, implants prosthetics, tissue, bone, specialty supplies) to ensure adequate stock and compliance with legal, regulatory, guidance documents, and accreditation standards.
