Our local brands are founded on the connections between people, and as an international group we create networks of talented Adevintans who work together towards a common purpose across geographies and disciplines.</p><p>Adevinta’s Global Internal Communications team focuses on informing, aligning and uniting Adevintans, while helping to build an integrated company culture. </p><p> </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As part of the Global Internal Communications team, this role will contribute to fostering a common Adevinta culture and alignment across all of the company’s Global and Local teams through communications and events which keep all Adevintans informed, aligned and united. </p><p>The Internal Communications Specialist, Global Functions supports Adevinta’s functional teams, including Product &amp; Technology, Finance, People, Communications and Operations. This role will be responsible for communications and campaign planning, content production and distribution and for embedding the Adevinta brand and culture through those communications. This role reports into the Internal Communications Senior Manager, Global Functions within the People &amp; Communications function of Adevinta, with no direct reports. It can be based in Barcelona, Amsterdam, Paris or Berlin. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities and main tasks:</strong></p><p>- Work as part of a team to deliver internal communications and campaigns planning, events, content production and distribution, targeting Adevintans reporting into Functions, and/or the broader Adevintan community (all Adevintans or a segment of them), on behalf of a Function (e.g. communicating a People or Finance policy/process from the Function to all Adevintans)</p><p>- Work as part of a team to manage the Functional team communications channels</p><p>- Work as part of a team to deliver event planning and execution (e.g. Functional team All Hands meetings)</p><p>- Support with leadership communications and events to Adevintans within Functions (team newsletters and announcements)</p><p>- Ensure all Functional communications and events are logged in the central Communications Activity calendar  </p><p>- Actively make Communications a great place to work, through contributing ideas, knowledge, success stories and lessons learned to the Communications community</p><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>- 2 years' progressively responsible experience in communications or other relevant discipline</p><p>- Experience in planning and delivering internal communications content and events</p><p>- Experience of working with senior stakeholders and building partnerships across functions and markets</p><p>- Experience in managing third party vendor relationships </p><p>- Experience of working across multiple geographies and cultures</p><p>- Top-class written and verbal communication skills in English (with written Spanish and/or French being an added bonus)</p><p> </p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Who you are</strong></p><p>Successful candidates will be … </p><ul><li>Commercially minded, with a sound understanding of business drivers &amp; industry trends </li><li>A keen eye for innovation and innovative solutions to enhance the value add of the Communications function to Adevinta </li><li>A team player - actively contributing to a positive environment, living and breathing our key behaviours - having a heart for Adevinta's brands</li><li>Comfortable working with uncertainty, rolling with changes, and cutting through complexity; can-do attitude and creative problem solver.  </li><li>Diplomatic and collaborative, an effective relationship builder, with proven success in managing the demands of multiple stakeholders with integrity</li><li>Analytical skills and the ability to measure and act on results of communications activity in order to continuously improve</li></ul><p><br/> <strong>What you’ll get from us</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>Opportunity to shape the way we work.
