Summary

As a ​Senior Technical/Functional Applications Lead at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. You will use your programming and analytical skills to drive the development of healthcare administration products used, and relied upon, by millions of patients. Your role in our mission

Take a close look at some of the details that contribute to Gainwell’s industry-leading tools and technologies in this challenging position. 

•  Create, maintain, and deliver design documents within prescribed deadlines.
•  Designs application modules that work together to produce desired product. Ensures that completed modules provide functionality described by application experts and to ensure that performance guidelines are met.
•  Attend design reviews and deliverable work product reviews to ensure that solutions are complete and meet state and federal guidelines.
• Works with product development teams and senior designers to develop architectural requirements to ensure client satisfaction with product.
• Monitor and provide support for any production related issues raised by the client in timely manner.

What we're looking for

•  5+ years of experience and cross-functional knowledge required with recipient, provider enrollment, and financial subsystems. Primarily looking for Provider subsystem expertise.
•  5+ years of experience working with low level design and applying best practices.
•  5+ years of experience with leading design and client reviews of requirements and design specifications at appropriate phases of the SDLC.
•  Experience developing stored procedures for SQL Server and working with SSIS and SSRS
• Ability to validate provider contracts and made necessary data corrections.

The pay range for this position is $90,900.00 - $129,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
