As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the DoD. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project and Power Platform, and regular interactions with SMEs.

You Have:
- 2+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- Ability to support multiple concurrent engagements and balance competing demands from multiple clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to perform schedule analysis and identify and mitigate potential schedule risks and issues
- Ability to plan and manage multiple programs and delivery on tasks, as needed
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences, including client delivery
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail, develop quality work products, and conduct continuous learning development
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and communicate progress against key initiatives while accepting feedback
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a Business or Engineering field
Nice If You Have:
- Knowledge of the DoD acquisition system
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
