Your team
You’ll be working in the IAM Support & Operations Team within Technology Services. Within Security, you’ll be part of a global IAM Security Operations team and responsible for all aspects of production support. We are a diverse global team who work well independently and in collaboration to ensure best practices and security principles are applied to our service. We are from all walks of life and different backgrounds, but our common passion is security.
Your expertise
For many of our technical roles, we do ask that you have already obtained a Bachelor’s degree or are studying towards a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification. No professional experience is necessary, but a computer science or computer engineering-related educational background is required.
Your experience and skills
• knowledge of operating systems, data structures, cloud compute solutions or databases
• proficiency in at least one programming language and understanding of code is desired (Java, Python, PowerShell, C#, etc.)
• understanding of Agile, SRE or any other SDLC methodology is a plus
• a proactive personality and a genuine interest in developing a career in the field of IT , good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
• a structured work style, confident working autonomously, take initiatives to learn new technologies on your own
• excellent English (written and oral)
