About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Manager to join the Credit and Data Administration (CDA) team within Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Lending Operations. This role focuses on post-transaction support, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of credit-related data and documentation across the bank’s systems.
About the Line of Business:
Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) provides a full suite of corporate banking solutions—including credit, treasury management, and derivatives—to clients in Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Structured Products. The CDA team plays a critical role in supporting these lines of business by managing post-close activities and maintaining high standards of data quality and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a CDA team supporting post-transaction corporate credit processing
Ensure accurate and timely completion of data entry, documentation and regulatory tasks
Manage allocation of people and resources to support post-transaction tasks
Support quality assurance efforts and help implement process improvements
Assist in preparing responses to audit and compliance reviews
Partner with credit execution teams and loan operations to develop strong working relationships
Collaborate with and consult with peers and multiple level managers
Collaborate extensively with Portfolio Management, Operations, Control, Compliance, and Risk teams within CIB and CIB Lending Operations internationally
Participate in change management regarding formulation and implementation of new and revised systems, policies, guidelines and products
Provide coaching and development support to junior team members
Ensure compliance all applicable regulatory and Wells Fargo rules, policies, and regulations
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Understanding of credit documentation, corporate loan structures, and credit processes
Familiarity with counterparty, treasury management, and trade products
Experience with loan systems such as Loan IQ and AFS
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment focused on results
Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
Team player, willing to fill in on various initiatives simultaneously
Exposure to compliance, regulatory reporting, credit, and risk policy is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communications
Job Expectations:
This role offers a hybrid work schedule with in-office presence required on designated days

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
