Real Estate Investment Advisory Associate

Q Real Estate Services (“QRES”), member of the Qualco Group, is a Real Estate Asset Manager with operations in Greece & Cyprus, offering value enhancing solutions relating to real estate assets.

We are looking for a Real Estate Investment Advisory Associate to join the team and contribute to Real Estate portfolios’ review and analysis, real estate asset valuations, investment opportunity pitching, and investor’s decision-making processes. As a RE Investment Advisory Associate, you will need to work in partnership with the Manager, in buy-side and sell-side transaction projects, providing financial due diligence assistance to strategic and private equity investors.

The role requires the ability to work in a continuous delivery mode, analysing and delivering projects in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for:

• Building and maintain financial models related to Real Estate Investments;

• Preparing information memoranda and teasers for real estate assets under management;

• Desktop asset valuations (marketability);
• Repossession analysis and strategy;
• Asset portfolio underwriting ;
• Promoting investment opportunities;
• Ad-hoc preparation of internal reports and data analysis;
• Supporting the team in strategies formation;
• Supporting commercial negotiations.

Requirements

• A BSc or an MSc degree in business, finance, or related field;

• Minimum of 3-year experience in a similar role or business planning in a corporate environment (investment banking, consulting, or real estate);
• Previous experience in the Real Estate sector will be considered as an asset;
• Skilled in building financial models and analysing business drivers;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data query and financial tools;
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written;
• Analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making ability;
• Fluency in Greek and English—both verbal and written skills;
