Comcast Advertising is driving the TV advertising industry forward, from delivering ads to linear and digital audiences to pioneering the tech that makes it possible. We help brands connect with their audiences on every screen using advanced data, technology, and premium video content. Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising. Our ad tech division FreeWheel provides comprehensive adtech that makes it easier to buy and sell premium video advertising across all screens, data types, and sales channels.
Reporting to the VP, AI Planning & Enablement, this role partners with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Finance, and HR to support AI portfolio planning, track progress, and drive adoption of AI capabilities. The Sr. Manager plays a key role in building scalable processes, supporting governance activities, and enabling teams to adopt AI in a responsible and repeatable way.
Success in this role requires strong program management, cross functional coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to connect strategy to execution.
Job Summary
The Sr. Manager, Comcast Advertising AI Planning & Enablement will support the execution and operationalization of Comcast Advertising’s enterprise AI strategy. This role is responsible for translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, coordinating cross functional initiatives, and ensuring AI programs are delivered effectively and consistently across the organization.Reporting to the VP, AI Planning & Enablement, this role partners with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Finance, and HR to support AI portfolio planning, track progress, and drive adoption of AI capabilities. Job Description
Responsibilities:
AI Planning & Monetization
- Support development and alignment of enterprise AI roadmaps across business units
- Contribute to prioritization of AI use cases based on business value, scalability, and ROI
- Track and synthesize KPIs, ROI, and adoption metrics to inform decisions
- Prepare clear, actionable insights and materials to support leadership direction
AI Adoption & Change Enablement
- Support execution of AI adoption strategies in partnership with HR and business leaders
- Help design and scale enablement programs including training, communications, and engagement
- Monitor adoption metrics and feedback to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Surface adoption barriers and support stakeholder alignment on solutions
Cross Functional Leadership & Execution
- Support coordination across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and business teams
- Manage delivery across assigned workstreams, including dependencies, timelines, and risks
- Help facilitate alignment forums and prepare materials for senior stakeholder discussions
- Identify and escalate risks with recommended actions
Governance & Measurement
- Support execution of AI governance processes across the portfolio
- Help ensure alignment with data, risk, and enterprise standards
- Maintain reporting dashboards to track performance, impact, and value
- Support documentation and adoption of governance frameworks and best practices
Conducting performance evaluations to drive team development and accountability
- Making business-impacting decisions on the ground-floor
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 7 to 10 years of experience in strategy, program management, product operations, or enterprise transformation roles
- Strong program and project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience working cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and business teams
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority within a defined scope
- Experience tracking KPIs, adoption metrics, or portfolio performance
- Familiarity with AI, data, or analytics driven initiatives
- Experience supporting change management or adoption programs
- Strong communication skills with ability to synthesize information and present clear insights
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in advertising, media, AdTech, or related industries
- Exposure to AI use cases such as targeting, personalization, automation, or analytics
- Experience supporting governance or portfolio management processes
- Background in consulting, strategy, or program management in a matrixed organization
