If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.</span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span>We are currently seeking a Application Services Delivery Senior Manager - ONSITE to join our team in Parispanny, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).</span></span></span></p> <p><strong><u>Day to Day Responsibilities Include: </u></strong> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Be at the client site every day to be that reachable and trusted partner for the client stakeholders</li> <li>Build relationships through direct interaction with the various leaders within the client environment, and drive growth through delivery excellence and taking proactive steps to understand client challenges and needs.</li> <li>Manage and run day to day delivery operations of an application team that does projects and applications support engagements for the customer in a global delivery model.</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>        Multi-functional teams that includes .NET, Java, Oracle, Salesforce, MuleSoft, SQL Server DBA Developers, technical leads, etc.</li> </ul> <li>Manage P&amp;L for the account managed</li> <li>Partner with client business leaders, product owners, project managers and the operations community, to understand, prioritize and implement effective and efficient process for capacity utilization.</li> <li>Provide vision and leadership, resolve conflicts, and be a catalyst for creative, high-quality delivery within a collaborative, safe and high-performing team environment. </li> <li>Care deeply about the technical side of operations to help ensure smooth running of the managed capacity and staffing requirements</li> <li>Drive the adoption, management, and optimization of capacity engagement model with the client business leaders.</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>        implement capacity utilization frameworks, metrics-based capacity management, and resource forecasting.</li> </ul> <li>Open to change and a strong advocate for new processes, technology, and methods.</li> <li>Risk monitoring and mitigation planning based project management and tracking</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>         good exposure to SDLC life cycle from gathering requirements to production deployment.</li> </ul> <li>Resource Management and manage career progression of team members</li> <li>Knowledge in change management, with ability to manage and monitor changes related to applications.</li> <li>Awareness in QA management, change management and release management processes.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Minimum Requirements: </u></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>15 years of experience with managing applications project and support services engagements including experience in:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>        Managing risks and issues</li> <li>        Conflict resolution and managing client escalations</li> <li>        Resource onboarding and management</li> <li>        Delivery management in a global delivery model – working closely with offshore teams</li> <li>        Growth through strong client relationships, and proactive ideation and discussions with client stakeholders</li> <li>        leading competitive response to proposals (RFPs) from solutioning to orals</li> </ul> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>At least 5 of the 15 years’ experience having demonstrated ability to managing P&amp;L with $15M to $20M annual revenue</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Other Desired Skills: </u></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of client stakeholders including executive staff</li> <li>Skilled in creating communication channels between the team (onshore &amp; offshore), and key stakeholders</li> </ul> <h1><span>#LI-PAS</span></h1> <h1><strong><span>INDHCLSMC</span></strong></h1> <p> </p><p><span><span><span><b><u>About NTT DATA</u></b></span></span></span></p> <p>NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
