Qualifications:
- 5+ years driving complex technical marketing projects or campaign launches with demonstrable impact on revenue or user growth metrics.
- Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering & BI teams - you can read API documentation, understand front-end architecture decisions, and participate meaningfully in technical trade-off discussions.
- Data-driven decision making capabilities with proficiency in analytics tools (SQL, Looker, or similar) to measure project impact and iterate based on user behavior.
- Experience shipping at high-growth technology companies where speed-to-market determined competitive advantage.
- Mastery of modern project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) with the judgment to know when to break the rules.
