Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Contribution: Play a key role in shaping our frontend architecture with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance, aligning decisions with long-term business and technical goals.

• Design Systems Expertise: Leverage deep expertise in design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across products. Drive the creation, maintenance, and adoption of scalable, reusable UI components and patterns, working closely with design and other engineers to promote best practices and high standards.

• Technical Issue Resolution: Investigate and efficiently resolve technical issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies to maintain a smooth software development process.

• Process Improvement: Actively participate in continuously improving and optimizing software development processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity.

• Long-Term Vision and Decision-Making: Demonstrate a commitment to the long-term vision for applications, influencing it positively through thoughtful daily choices.

Requirements

• Academic Background: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Professional Experience: Demonstrate proven experience as a Senior Frontend Engineer or in a similar role.

• Front-End Technology Expertise: Bring 5+ years of experience building robust applications with React and related front-end tools.

• Software Development Expertise: Possesses in-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.

• Problem-Solving Abilities: Showcase excellent problem-solving skills with the capability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.

• Version Control Proficiency: Possesses a strong grasp of Git and GitHub for efficient version control.

• Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills essential for effective teamwork.

• SaaS/Enterprise Software Experience: Bring valuable experience in SaaS/Enterprise software, providing an added advantage.

• Mentorship Skills: Display the ability to coach and mentor junior team members, contributing to the growth of the team.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement for effective communication within the team and the project.

• Ruby familiarity as a plus: Practical experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails will be considered a plus.
