ASRC Federal Professional Services is looking for an Intelligence Communications/Architecture Support Specialist to work with the United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) Intelligence Transformation and Lessons Learned Manager (I-TLLM) contract at the United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) located at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The role involves establishing relationships with military leaders, providing technical guidance on intelligence systems, and facilitating collaboration to develop advanced intelligence architectures. Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and an active DOD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Responsibilities:
· Establishes and maintains relationships with commanders, intelligence leaders, and intelligence systems operator/maintainers at Army intelligence organizations, including Expeditionary – including Military Intelligence Brigades (E-MIB), Intelligence Electronic Warfare Battalion (IEW BN), or Military Intelligence Company (MICO) – on behalf of I-TLLM
· Provides technical guidance and advice to I-TLLM and leaders at intelligence formations on management, maintenance, training, and utilization of emerging military intelligence systems and networks
· Facilitates coordination between intelligence formations and USAICoE stakeholders to develop intelligence architecture integrating emerging program of record (POR) and commercial off the shelf (COTS) intelligence technologies
· Reviews and provides recommended revisions as needed for intelligence architecture and systems portions of doctrinal publications through comment resolution matrix (CRM)
· Reviews and provides recommendations for force design based on personnel and equipment allocation for new and emerging formations
· Identifies and assists in development of training materials and assists intelligence formations in coordinating for mobile training teams (MTT) to deliver training on POR intelligence systems
· Researches, reviews, and distributes new or draft policies governing systems or network administration, maintenance, and security of intelligence systems
· Collaborates with Transformation Integration Directorate (TID) and Future Capabilities Directorate (FCD) in developing requirements and capabilities for intelligence systems, their integration, training, and utilization within intelligence networks
· Travels to exercises and experiments to observe intelligence formations and their integration of new intelligence systems and capabilities with command and control, fires, and mission partners to support multi-domain or large-scale combat operations
· Drafts technical and executive summaries based on activities supported or events attended to inform doctrine, force design, training, policy, and other documents governing intelligence personnel, systems, processes, and tasks
· Contributes to development of collective intelligence training strategies
· Supports planning and preparation for wargaming, simulations, and experimentation through identification of architecture requirements
· This position is expected to have 25% travel
Requirements:
· 5+ years’ experience in administration, management, troubleshooting, and configuration of intelligence systems as part of a communications architecture
· Intelligence Architecture experience current within the last (3) years.
· Bachelor’s Degree (STEM or Intelligence-related preferred) (additional experience can be used in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree at a rate of 3 yrs experience for each year of higher level of education)
· Graduate of advanced level professional military education (PME) (e.g. Senior Leader Course, MI Captain Career Course, or Warrant Officer Advanced Course)
· Graduate of the Digital Intelligence Systems Master Gunner (DISMG) Course or comparable course, recent demonstrated experience within the last three year may be considered in lieu of DISMG certification preferred.
· Must be capable of obtaining a U.S. passport within 60 days of hire.
· Active DOD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
Required Experience:
· Experience should include functional assignments at brigade, division, or corps
· Familiarity in capability development, DOTMLPF-P framework, and JCIDS preferred.
· Familiarity with IAT and IAM level DOD 8570 Baseline Certifications
· Ability to write technical documentation in a clear and concise manner, IAW with published guidelines and formats that include AFC TDP, JCIDS, and AR 25-50
