Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Liaison to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The ideal candidate will be a master of multitasking, with the ability to manage a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. The Executive Liaison will act as a gatekeeper and right-hand person to the CTO, ensuring that their time is managed effectively.  Responsibilities include managing the CTO's calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling communication on behalf of the CTO. This constitutes 40% of the role.  The main part is to act as a cultural amplifier for the engineering organization.  The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on executing a cultural development strategy that involves all our global centers. This involves coordinating quarter engineering meetings, town halls and conferences. Further, we are attempting to establish a modern working environment and the candidate will ideal help develop and facilitate this transition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the CTO's calendar and schedule appointments.
  •  Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  •  Act as the cultural focus for the engineering team
  •  Fully organize quarterly engineering meetings held globally
  •  Help develop a facilitate a transformation to a modern work environment
  •  Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CTO.
  •  Manage special projects as assigned by the CTO.
  •  Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  •  Provide general administrative support to the CTO.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
 Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
 Experience in a technology or IT environment is a plus.
 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
 Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
 Proactive and resourceful with a can-do attitude.
 Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
 Strong project management skills.
