About the role

We're searching for a Global Project Analyst who is ready to be part of the best-ranked children's hospital in Texas and among the best in the nation. In this role, you will support Global Health initiatives through project coordination, stakeholder engagement, communications, and content management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and skilled at managing multiple priorities while supporting partnerships, outreach efforts, and strategic projects.
 
Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support Global Health projects, programs, and initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, documentation, and implementation schedules.
  • Facilitate communication among internal teams, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Global Health partners and assist with ongoing communication.
  • Maintain and update Global Health website content, ensuring information is accurate, current, and aligned with organizational standards.
  • Manage and monitor Global Health social media channels, including content planning, content creation, posting, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries received through shared inboxes and communication channels.
  • Create and edit content for newsletters, presentations, reports, marketing materials, websites, social media, and other communications.
  • Coordinate outreach activities, events, hospital tours, conferences, and community engagement opportunities.
  • Represent Global Health at informational booths, organizational events, and hospital tours.
  • Analyze workflows, processes, and project needs to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Coordinate project activities, information dissemination, and implementation efforts across departments and external partners.
  • Assist with vendor management, contract coordination, and project-related administrative activities as needed.
  • Ensure that project documentation, policies, procedures, and communications are maintained in accordance with organizational standards.
 
Skills & Requirements
  • Required: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Required: Two (2) years of business, project coordination, communications, healthcare, or related experience.
    • A bachelor's degree may substitute for two (2) years of work experience.
  • Must be willing to travel
