Essential Job Statements
Ensures that all supplies are scanned, inventoried, pulled, put-away and replenished in and accurate and timely manner
Performs inventory management such as: Expiration dates, rotating stock, cycle, and inventory counts.
Inspects items to ensure they are not damaged or expired before stocking.
Confirms delivery dates, identifies issues and resolutions to supervisor.
Maintains supply carts to ensure supplies are organized and neatly stocked in the correction location and quantity.
Trains all new supply chain techs and senior tech’s as appropriate.
Handles all urgent and emergent supply situations and resolves system driven order issues.
Communicates with nursing staff, using par utilization data to report par usage data for item usage and space optimization.
Assists in resolving back-order problems with prime vendors and the Purchasing Department.
Ensures responsibility and visible commitment of diversity equity and inclusion programs/initiatives through collaboration and implementation of initiatives across the organization.

Years and Type of Required Experience
2+ Years’ supply chain experience.

Working knowledge of computers.
