Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager to be based in our Clinton, NJ or New York Metro office. 

The Project Manager will be responsible for the following items: 

• Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following:
• Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR,
• Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR,
• Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
• Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out)
• Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals
• Manages other Project Managers

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS plus four (4) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications:

• Seven (7) years of experience working on commercial/retail market projects of varying size
• Experience using standard industry software such as CAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop
• Registered Architect is preferred  
• Experience overseeing program (multiple projects) is preferred, while working in all phases (design through occupancy) of project(s) interacting with client and the construction team

Offered rate of compensation (New York locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000
