We develop maintainable solutions and provide support for integration testing and updates for new Workday releases.</p></div><p>As a Workday HCM Senior Consultant, you will ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring and testing the Workday HCM solution to meet the specific needs of the client.&nbsp; Foster the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise.&nbsp; May support proposal preparations, deliver demonstrations to clients and speak at conference.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>This remote role can be located anywhere within the United States or Canada to perform the required responsibilities.</p> <p>&nbsp;KEY EXPECTATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Provide expertise in multiple modules in the Workday HCM suite (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, Payroll/Time &amp; Absence)</li> <li>Lead the following as a member of a deployment team, or coach others to successfully: gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients</li> <li>Work with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday</li> <li>Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions</li> <li>Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledge</li> <li>Resolve complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support</li> <li>Collaborate and communicate effectively&nbsp; on team-based projects</li> <li>Facilitate clients’ intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices</li> <li>Maintain clients’ ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Intecrowd is reputable and referenceable once in production</li> <li>Provide regular status reports to the project managers keeping them apprised of overall project status</li> <li>Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively</li> <li>Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications</li> <li>Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation (assist integrators in configuring/testing integrations between Workday and external systems)</li> <li>Demonstrate computational thinking.
