About You

We’re seeking a resulted-focused, innovative, self-driven and well-qualified individual to join our talented team as a Digital Communications Project Intern. Working remotely, your primary objective is to play a pivotal role in the development of our new corporate intranet site. Areas of responsibility will include project management, asset compilation, fostering collaboration across all organizational functions around the world. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Communications and IT teams to help move the project from concept to delivery.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Project Management: comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to assist in the development of the SharePoint project.
  • Asset Management: collect, organize, and support global cross-functional teams to transfer assets from existing storage solutions to the new intranet, ensuring readiness for integration.
  • Coordinate Feedback: act as a liaison between end-users and the project development team to bring forward feedback and recommendations. Assist in testing and troubleshooting to identify issues or gaps.
  • Training: support training material creation as project concludes to support the adoption and use of the new SharePoint intranet.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business administration, public relations, or a related field.
  • Prior experience setting up SharePoint (desired)
  • Strong project management skills; detail oriented
  • Technical proficiency in understanding fundamentals and document management best practices.
  • Comfortable with engaging with individuals across the global organization.
  • Strong problem solving, adaptability and creative thinking skills

Benefits

This is a 6-month paid internship assignment at $20 per hour.
