The Opportunity
As a dedicated Oracle EPM Technical Product Manager Senior, you will have the opportunity to work alongside controllers, financial analysts, treasury team members in the financial planning and analysis technology team.
The candidate is accountable for design, change management and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications to support the Chief Financial Office. Provides technical leadership and Domain expertise in EPM module technical solutioning, process reengineering, forecasting, planning, consolidation, and reporting. Leading large scale efforts to modernize and eliminate technical debt is a huge part of this role as well.
Directs, plans, facilitates the discovery and delivery of financial planning & analytics technology services and products. Gives to and implements long- and short-term strategic direction. Optimizes and improves existing products and experiences. A very diverse set of technologies are applied to deliver on our mission every day, including Enterprise Planning and Budgeting, Financial Cloud and Consolidation and Enterprise Data Management Cloud Services, Pipelines and Groovy.
Leads teams that are responsible for delivering and/or leading one or more technical support activities. Authorizes and influences the development and delivery of technical solutions that enable optimal business performance. Accountable for technical leadership in the plan, design, development, testing, implementation, or maintenance of technical solutions. Leads and directs organizational change, process improvement, and technical support initiatives. Provides direction and analytical support and directs business plan development to implement initiatives.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Or Charlotte, NC. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
What you'll do:
Responsible for developing, maintaining, testing, and monitoring an internal control environment, including preventative and detective controls, to effectively handle risks.
Builds and oversees a team of employees for assigned technology support area through ongoing execution of recruiting, development, retention, coaching and support, performance management, and managerial activities
Provides leadership for those involved in the development, design and optimization of technology support functions supporting business and/or technical processes.
Leads the identification, research, and analysis of business, process, and technology opportunities.
Informs and tracks metrics for technology support capabilities and/or processes (critical metrics, KRIs, etc.).
Conducts or oversees technology efforts by applying technical expertise; promoting alignment to all procedures and policies.
Partners with key functions to align IT strategy and initiatives in support of business strategy and goals.
Operationalize documentation standards and quality assurance methodologies for technology support functions and ensure alignment to standards by respective team.
Leads and forecasts unit level expenses which may include department allocations, Product/Component, 3rd Party, project/program, software and vendor expenses.
Leads and demonstrates the relationship with 3rd Party vendors to ensure achievement of technology support objectives.
May be responsible for vendor management activities including service agreements, staff augmentation and technology contracts.

Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
