Job Description

You will oversee and manage financial reporting and analysis for the Italian legal entity:

• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making, collaborating with senior leadership.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, aligning with corporate targets.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with Italian tax regulations and corporate policies.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, leveraging automation.
• Follow up all finance related topics on ERP system (IFS).

Qualifications

Job specific qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or Master degree.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or controlling, preferably in a multinational company.
• Good communication skills and proven experience in a matrix organization structure.
• Strong knowledge of Italian accounting standards, tax regulations, financial reporting practices.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERPs, Excel, or other finance consolidation tools).
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
