Senior Manager (BCA International)

[What the role is]
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Senior Manager to help us in our mission to support the transformation of the Singapore Built Environment (BE) industry. You will support the development of effective growth strategies and support the day-to-day business operations for BCAI, a wholly owned subsidiary of BCA. The goal is to promote Singapore BE firms globally, while driving sustainable financial growth for the subsidiary.

[What you will be working on]

• Develop and execute the business models and strategies to support BE firms in their internationalisation efforts.

• Market and manage BCAI’s services to clients in Singapore and overseas.

• Administer day-to-day operations that include fronting customer requests, developing quotations and contractual agreements, tracking sales and invoices, managing budgets and depository, arranging meetings with prospective clients, coordinating with relevant BCA departments, and other BCAI administrative works.

• Support the organisation of mega built environment events.

• Coordinate with ministries and other government agencies on overseas dignitaries’ visits and delegates’ requests.

• Attend local and overseas relevant conferences, industry events and meetings, if required.

[What we are looking for]

• A tertiary qualification, preferably in Engineering, Economics, Business Studies, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.

• At least 2 to 3 years related built environment industry experience (business/ industry development experience will be a plus).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable to engage with industry and other stakeholders in business meetings.

• Energetic and motivated team player, and goal-driven, with a keen interest in business development works.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Able to travel if required (in accordance with relevant COVID restrictions).
