What You’ll Do: 

The Learning & Development (L&D) Partner plays a pivotal role in nurturing the growth and development of our team members. This role is responsible for transforming learning concepts into actionable strategies that cultivate a culture of continuous learning and enhance both individual and team performance. This role will be responsible for instructional design and management of the learning management system.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Collaborating closely with Sr L&D Partners to identify learning needs, bridge skill gaps and ensure L&D processes are aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Developing engaging course content and training programs using multimedia (text, audio, images, animations, video, etc.) that can be delivered online, in-person and in blended formats.
  • Managing and optimizing the learning management system (LMS) to ensure seamless user experience and effective learning outcomes. Creating assignments, student groups/group assignments, manages enrollment, creates and modifies course structures, and archives expired or inactive content.
  • Analyzing data to assess training effectiveness and implementing sustainable solutions to drive continuous improvement. Preparing and presenting detailed reports on training activities, progress, utilization and outcomes.
  • Addressing Helpdesk tickets for learning and development requests.
  • Developing and applying evaluation tools to measure learning solution effectiveness and its impact on performance. 
  • Partnering closely with business partners and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of learning and development courses and programs.
  • Facilitating learning using a variety of instructional techniques (role play, simulations, demonstrations, exercises, group discussions, case studies, scenarios, etc.), as needed.
  • Utilizing the project management discipline to execute ongoing projects, special projects and initiatives.
  • Performing various administrative activities directly related to learning and development; e.g. managing requests, scheduling rooms, scheduling of speakers, setting up virtual space and in-person activities to prepare for learning, prepares class materials, ordering supplies, ordering food and beverage, maintaining inventory of supplies, program certificates, etc.
  • Performing other duties, as assigned
