- Stay current with advancements in adult education methodologies, and clinical research to inform teaching practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and program improvement initiatives.
- Maintain an inclusive teaching environment that supports diverse learning styles and backgrounds.
Requirements
- Master's in Nursing with a valid Ohio Nursing license.
- Experience in higher education teaching, particularly in clinical settings.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and acute care practices.
- Familiarity with curriculum development processes and best practices in adult education.
- Proficiency in using learning technology to enhance instructional delivery.
- Ability to create a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and success.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with students effectively.
