Education Recommendations
Currently a candidate for a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Communication, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
 

Your role will be part of Nokia Business Services, a global organization with a team of around 2,000 people providing world-class, technology enhanced, in-house services and thought leadership to Nokia’s business groups and corporate functions to help maintain economies of scale, reduce bureaucracy, increase flexibility and create more value and impact to the business. As a global capability center, NBS offers a wide range of People, Finance, Procurement, Sales and Corporate related services to the entire company.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Support and learn from more experienced Talent Attraction Partners who lead end-to-end recruitment activities, with full ownership: from strategic alignment meetings with hiring managers, sourcing actively for candidates, job advertising, screening CVs, interviewing to managing offers
  • Gain valuable experience in searching & attracting candidates for a whole range of roles: from Engineering to Project Management, Finance, Procurement, Sales, People, Supply Chain etc., together with the opportunity to make an impact on key ramp-ups for the business
  • Be empowered to build partnerships with Nokia’s hiring managers and provide them with value-add hiring activities that meet Nokia’s business goals
  • Enjoy and wish to grow in areas such as delivering expertise on the labor market, exploring innovative ways of finding and attracting candidates, constantly learning about the ever-changing world of technical skills, coaching hiring managers on interviewing and delivering prompt feedback to provide a great candidate experience
  • Ongoing studies, either bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Organizational Psychology or any other relevant field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (any other additional language is a plus)
    Motivation to experience work in HR
  • Ability to easily connect with others, build positive relationships with international team members, multiple business stakeholders and candidates
  • Growth mindset and can-do attitude to become a trusted support for our recruiters
  • Adaptable, resourceful, able to work within ambiguity; able to shift priorities when needed
