As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll be instrumental in defining and upholding a unified design language across INGA. This role will initially focus on the TS team but will influence design standards across teams and products within the organization. Your work will create lasting impact through hands-on design, mentorship of junior team members, and initiatives that streamline our design processes.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to elevate the user experience of our WBAA products, starting with Transaction Services. You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive, high-quality interfaces, establishing design consistency across applications, and contributing to a scalable design system that will be used throughout INGA. With deep expertise in Figma, you’ll craft seamless prototypes, iterate on user feedback, and produce high-fidelity designs that enhance usability and engagement.

In this role, you’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior designers, and leading collaborative sessions to optimize our workflows. A strong foundation in UI design principles, paired with strategic thinking and a user-centered approach, is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UI Design Efforts: Design engaging, intuitive, and visually consistent interfaces that support and enhance the transaction services and analytics experiences for our teams.
• Cross-Platform Design Consistency: Establish and maintain a cohesive visual identity across applications by developing and contributing to a robust design system that will be shared across teams within INGA.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback, sharing best practices, and cultivating a collaborative team culture that encourages knowledge sharing and growth.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to define product strategies, prioritize design initiatives, and ensure alignment with business goals. Advocate for design quality and usability in all discussions.
• Process Improvement and Knowledge Sharing: Actively contribute to design process optimization by identifying opportunities for improved workflows, more efficient handoffs, and better knowledge-sharing practices. Initiate efforts to document and share design standards and best practices.
• Data-Driven Design: Leverage data, user feedback, and analytics to inform design decisions, ensuring that interfaces are not only visually appealing but also grounded in usability and functionality.
• Figma Prototyping and Testing: Utilize advanced prototyping skills to create interactive, user-centered prototypes in Figma that enable rapid testing and iteration. Validate your design solutions with feedback loops and usability testing.
• Continuous Innovation: Stay at the forefront of UI/UX trends, industry best practices, and new technologies. Drive innovation within the team by bringing fresh ideas and ensuring our designs stay relevant and forward-thinking.
