Senior Representative – Transaction Processing – Grade Level 2
Hiring for multiple shifts. Sunday - Friday
Operating hours 5:00-6:00am – 4:30pm/4x10 or 5x8 schedule
The Role:

Join us at Fidelity Investments where you will be part of a business unit supporting a broad range of customer activities such as check depositing and document processing. The Inbound operations team provides transaction services to each of Fidelity’s distribution channels. We support Fidelity’s growth with high quality, cost effective and innovative service solutions through talented associates and processing expertise.
We will work with internal business partners to ensure timely entry and deposit of customer check transactions. We will operate with a high degree of integrity as to protect our customer information and maintaining Fidelity’s standards.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- High school diploma
- Minimum one-year experience in a data entry related role
- Check experience preferred
- High attention to detail
- Proficient on 10 Key
- Able to effectively multi-task
- Be flexible and highly adaptive to change
- Positive attitude and ‘can do’ approach to challenges
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge to make effective processing decisions
- Review checks submitted by customers via the Mobile process to confirm check is in good order for deposit and ensuring each transaction is executed appropriately.

Inbound processing provides imaging, data entry and check deposit services for several Fidelity business units. Our knowledgeable team and comprehensive solutions focus on quality, risk mitigation and end to end operational efficiency strengthening Fidelity’s ability to provide a superior customer experience.
