What You Will Do:

The Partner, Enterprise Architect, GMS will have accountability for driving a successful solution process for strategic opportunities, and will be responsible for building and leading a team of solution architects who support Guidehouse Managed Services pursuits. He/she will lead the development and adoption of a consistent and repeatable process, and deploy the appropriate tools to support the process.

The ideal candidate will have led a solutions function in business process or technology outsourcing, worked on multi-tower opportunities, and has the ability to work collaboratively with client and internal stakeholders to shape complex solutions. He/she must be proficient in shaping global deal structures and incorporating efficiencies from AI, automation and process efficiencies into cost models.

  • Act as an enterprise solution architect for strategic pursuits, engaging with cross functional stakeholders to develop solutions that align with client value propositions and Guidehouse commercial objectives and delivery capabilities.
  • Build a team of solution architects and deal financial modelers to support a portfolio of new opportunities and pursuits. Ensure appropriate coverage for new opportunities and the development of viable solutions for all opportunities.
  • Establish the appropriate tools and processes to support consistent, repeatable solutions.
  • Establish appropriate estimating parameters and models that will allow for more efficient models over time.
  • Work effectively in a matrixed organization, leading, facilitating, and program managing all efforts with aligned departments
  • Participate in win theme discussions for new opportunities.
  • Drive internal processes to develop a consistent, client focused delivery model, opportunity templates, financial models, and capture process workflow. Develop a point of view on cost to serve for different types of work.
  • Establish a standard solution plan template that allows for the summarization and efficient review of solutions.
  • Ensure all new opportunities adhere to the Guidehouse process for internal gate reviews and transition of new won work to operations
  • Build and lead a global team of solution architects and financial modelers.
  • Own the overall process and outcomes of the development of solution documents for all client opportunities
  • Work closely with operations, business development, contracting, pricing, advisory and all other implicated areas of Guidehouse to produce the strongest deliverables
  • Keep current with the strategic direction of Guidehouse, our offerings and the needs of our customers
  • Keep abreast of new and emerging technologies that will impact the managed services landscape.


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of fifteen years of experience of solutioning within complex, technologically and service driven organizations. 
  • Demonstrated track record and expertise in solutioning large, complex opportunities in both the public and commercial sectors.
  • Experience leading a team of solution architects.
  • Ability to travel as needed

The annual salary range for this position is $232,900.00-$582,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
