An exciting opportunity exists in Commercial Engines (CE) Material Solutions, Process Optimization organization. The Geared Turbo Fan (GTF) & Mature Commercial Engines (MCE) programs require robust

processes to ensure on-time delivery of material to Pratt & Whitney's Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) engine centers.

The Delivery Assurance Analytics Sr. Manager will be responsible for providing material commitments and driving on-time spare parts delivery.  The candidate will also be expected to bridge existing delivery assurance processes to a higher level of systems integration.  The end goal is provide tools to transform the materials team from reactive to proactive.  This will include driving changes which reduce or eliminate reliance on manual inputs in order to drive predictive and linear performance.  The candidate will need to work across multi-disciplinary teams in commercial aftermarket to achieve this goal.

What You Will Do:

  • Review and analyze hardware shortage status. Facilitate and influence cross-functional resolution actions to improve on-time delivery

  • Align delivery assurance tools and processes to ensure consistency and drive continuous improvement across both MCE & GTF

  • Integrate customer requirements for new spares with known material constraints and communicate mitigation plans to back to customer account managers

  • Communicate customer requirements to Global Supply Chain. Act as the customer advocate for on-time delivery.

  • Develop accountability measures that drive stakeholder organizations towards a systems method of delivery assurance

  • Develop accountability measures to improve supplier performance

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years of experience; OR an Advanced degree and 7 years of relevant experience to include the following skills:

  • Supply chain, delivery assurance, demand planning, aftermarket operations or operations management

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel user, to include basic VBA, SQL or SAP recording, Pivot Tables and Power Query

  • Advanced database knowledge such as, SAP Table Viewer, PW Hawkeye or other internal sources.

  • Familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization software

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience in Aftermarket Maintenance Repair and Overhaul industry of gas turbine engines and FAR 145/ Far 121 / FAR 65.

  • LEAN, Six-Sigma training or CORE Champion

  • Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Well organized with ability to effectively manage a fast paced and high-volume workload.

  • Works with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.

  • Ability to effectively deliver presentation and communicate with clarity to all levels of the business.
