Job Description

Your responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, develop and optimize all marketing activities through all existing channels.
• Lead digital transformation.
• Creating trade marketing strategy.
• Creating yearly trade marketing plans.
• Development, communication and implementation of marketing projects (CRM, Market Surveys etc).
• Responsibility for marketing campaigns (including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising, community engagement events etc.).
• Responsibility for the annual marketing plan and budget.
• Supervise and effectively deal with agencies and marketing vendors.
• Responsibility for creating Internal Communication and PR.
• Responsibility for Customer Activation. 

Qualifications

Our requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience in Trade Marketing.
• Mature, self-reliant, capable, high energy & enthusiastic 360 degree marketeer to run the marketing operations in Poland.
• Strong & innovative Marketing skills. Propose concrete and viable solutions to the business needs.
• Good consumer Insights with ability to use data to drive business initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills, able to manage and motivate others to go an extra mile.
• Ability to multitask within a large and complex environment without losing sight of key priori- ties.
• Bring ideas & suggestions with a strong “can-do” attitude & strong working ethics.
• Experience in Retail on managerial position preferred.
• Fluent English.
