Mimecast is looking for a Managed Services Providers (MSP) Program Director who will redefine, shape, and deliver Mimecast’s Managed Services Partner programs. This is a key leadership role in our ongoing transformation in reimagining, building, and scaling our partner ecosystem to further grow our customer base, and geographic expansion in driving new growth.

• Build out our next generation MSP engagement lifecycle as part Mimecast Partner ONE partner program.
• Design and execute a cutting-edge MSP partner program aligning with the Partner First company strategy.
• Develop Partner Program collateral/documents and onboarding tools to enhance overall partner experience and communicate to partners.
• Lead evolution of partner experiences and program capabilities through roadmap
• Communicate Partner programs, strategies & events and updates internally to drive alignment throughout the business.
• Travel 25-35% of the time

What You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership in Partner Programs, Enablement, and Marketing in the services/IT space
• Demonstrated innovation, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• You will be an expert in MSP partner engagement, having lead high-performance global teams, significant experience in creating and executing partner programs.
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel, Tableau and/or other similar systems

The US base salary range for this position is $148,000- $222,000 base + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonus, incentive plans, and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
